Registers are built directly from verified survey data, with every door uniquely referenced and every inspection, repair and maintenance action linked to its record so that the register always reflects the current condition of the building.
Competence
Reporting is prepared by staff experienced in fire door inspection and compliance documentation, ensuring that records are accurate, consistent and meaningful.
Governance & Quality
Records are maintained to support the Responsible Person's duties under the Fire Safety Order and the information requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, with data handled under our information governance controls. ASB Quality is working towards FIRAS third party certification; that accreditation is currently in progress and we do not claim any fire door certification scheme until it has been awarded and evidenced.
