Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Our Commitment

ASB Quality is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings. We have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to preventing them from occurring within our own operations and our supply chains.

About This Statement

This statement sets out the steps we take to understand and address the risk of modern slavery in connection with our business. We publish it in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and keep it under regular review.

Our Business

ASB Quality provides integrated services across technology, cleaning, groundworks, surveying, electronic security and related fields. Because our work spans multiple sectors and locations, we recognise the importance of maintaining consistent ethical standards throughout our activities.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include the suppliers, service partners and subcontractors who support the delivery of our services. We expect every organisation we work with to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to comply with all applicable laws on employment, pay and human rights.

Policies and Due Diligence

We seek to identify and manage the risk of modern slavery through responsible recruitment practices, careful selection of suppliers and partners, and clear expectations on labour standards. Where we identify heightened risk, we take proportionate steps to address it.

Recruitment and Labour Standards

We verify the identity and right to work of the people we employ, pay fairly and lawfully, and ensure that working arrangements are entered into freely. We do not tolerate forced labour, bonded labour or any form of exploitation.

Training and Awareness

We raise awareness among our people so that they understand the signs of modern slavery and know how to respond to concerns. We encourage a culture in which issues can be raised openly and without fear.

Reporting Concerns

Anyone who suspects that modern slavery may be taking place in connection with our business is encouraged to report it. Concerns can be raised in confidence through the contact form on our contact page, and are also covered by our whistleblowing policy.

Review and Approval

This statement is reviewed regularly and updated as our business and supply chains evolve. It is approved by the leadership of ASB Quality.
