Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Our Commitment

ASB Quality is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our website.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.

What We Do

  • Semantic HTML structure with correct heading hierarchy
  • Keyboard navigable interface with visible focus indicators
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Responsive design that works at 320px width and 200% zoom
  • Full right to left (RTL) layout support for Arabic pages
  • Reduced motion support for users who prefer minimal animation
  • Accessible forms with clear labels, validation and error messages
  • ARIA landmarks and roles where appropriate

Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some content may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the ASB Quality website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us via the form on our contact page. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five working days.
