Methodology

We start with baseline energy and condition data, assess performance gaps, model improvement options and prioritise investment by cost, carbon impact and lifecycle benefit. Retrofit work follows PAS 2035 principles with fabric first analysis and whole building coordination.

Competence

Delivered by energy assessors, retrofit coordinators and sustainability professionals with the relevant qualifications and scheme accreditations. EPC production and PAS 2035 roles are filled only by appropriately accredited personnel.

Governance & Quality

All energy and sustainability outputs reference current standards, approved methodologies and verified data. Assumptions, data sources and calculation methods are documented and auditable.

Yes, but only through appropriately accredited assessors. We also provide EPC improvement planning and MEES compliance strategies.

What is PAS 2035?

PAS 2035 is the overarching framework for domestic retrofit in the UK. We provide Retrofit Assessment, Coordination, Design and Evaluation roles through qualified and scheme compliant personnel.

Can you help with funding applications?

We provide technical support for funding and business case preparation. We cannot guarantee grant success, that depends on scheme criteria, available funding and the decision of the funding body.
