What is the difference between asset management and facilities management?

Asset management focuses on strategic, long term decisions about what to invest in, retain, improve or dispose of. Facilities management focuses on day to day operational delivery. We provide the strategic intelligence that informs both.

Do you provide stock condition surveys as part of asset management?

Stock condition surveys are delivered through our Building Surveying service (19.2). Asset management uses that condition data to build investment programmes, lifecycle models and strategic recommendations.

Can you work with our existing asset data?

Yes. We validate, cleanse and enhance existing datasets. If data quality is insufficient, we identify gaps and recommend the most efficient route to reliable intelligence.
