Concrete works follow approved structural designs with documented reinforcement checks, pour records and curing management. Quality checkpoints are built into the programme at formwork, reinforcement and pour stages.

Operatives skilled in formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement. Supervisors verify design compliance at each stage. Complex structural design is always the responsibility of a qualified structural engineer.

Pour records, reinforcement checks and test cube results are documented. Competence boundaries are clearly communicated، we do not undertake structural design or complex engineering without the appropriate qualified professional.

Do you provide structural design for foundations?

No. Structural design and foundation engineering are the responsibility of a qualified structural engineer. We construct to approved designs within our verified competence.

What concrete mixes do you use?

Concrete mixes are specified by the structural engineer or project specification. We source from approved suppliers and maintain delivery tickets and test cube records.

Can you install reinforcement?

We place reinforcement to design drawings. We do not design reinforcement layouts، these are provided by the structural engineer.
