Where technically supported by both systems, we can integrate access events with CCTV for event linked recording and visual verification.
Do you manage user credentials after handover?
We provide credential management procedures and training. Ongoing user administration can be retained by the client or provided as part of a maintenance agreement.
What happens if the system loses power?
Access control systems are designed with fail safe or fail secure operation depending on the application and fire safety requirements. Battery backup and emergency release arrangements are documented.
